WE C Business- Woman Entrepreneur Creating Business -
- is all about empowering young entrepreneurs and creating an opportunity where young women aged 18-25, who are interested in both business and international networks, can work together. WE C Business will train your entrepreneurial skills, test your ideas and learn more about entrepreneurship and international business. You will also build a network with other entrepreneurs from central Baltic regions, meet the differences between the countries and regions and learn from each other.
When you are a part of WE C Business you will, together with your international team, develop your a business idea and take your company to the next level.
1st CYCLE (2023) - concluded
1st cycle started on October the 26th with the 4 day kick-off event in Sweden.
75 participants from Latvia, Estonia and Sweden attended networking sessions, lectures and workshops around shaping a business idea and starting your own company. For 6 months, from October-April participants attended online development group metings once a month, as well as online training modules with topics relevant for starting a business.
Cycle ended with a 4 day Kick-out event in Latvia on April 25th.
2nd CYCLE (2024) - concluded
2nd cycle started on May the 23rd with the 4 day kick-off event in Estonia! 75 participants from Latvia, Estonia and Sweden attended networking sessions, lectures and workshops around shaping a business idea and starting your own company.
In the following 6 months, May-November participants attended development group meetings once a month, as well as online training modules with topics relevant for starting a business.
Cycle ended with a 4 day Kick-out event in Sweden on November 14th.
3rd CYCLE (2025) - concluded
3rd cycle started on April 2025 with the 4 day kick-off event in Latvia! 75 participants from Latvia, Estonia and Sweden attended networking sessions, lectures and workshops around shaping a business idea and starting your own company.
In the next 6 months, April-October participants are attending development group meetings once a month, have access to knowledgeable advisors. as well as online training modules with topics relevant for starting a business.
Cycle ended with a 4 day Kick-out event in Estonia on October 2nd.
RESULTS
Over 3 cycles of the programme, 225 young woman will receive advanced training in entrepreneurship, leadership and build their business capacity in order to develop and maintain their own company.
